I'm a proud Kiwi, husband, and father of three amazing kids. My family is my rock, bringing joy, balance, and the occasional reality check to my life. When I'm not with them, you'll find me outdoors staying fit, listening to podcasts about emerging tech and investing, or catching up on sports.
With two decades of technology-based recruitment experience across the globe, including tech epicentres London, San Francisco and Auckland, Mike has a wealth of sector knowledge.
Having worked across hi-tech startups, global consultancies, banks, software companies and telcos, he’s seen first hand the challenges that tech businesses face - no matter their size, scale or stage - when it comes to attracting and retaining great talent.
